PRETTYCARE W300 Accessories Parts

I was the same way; I bought my vacuum and less than 2 months later it didn't work. I spent a month trying to find out why it didn't work. Finally, they said it was the battery and they had none in stock. I verily used the vacuum, just for small job. When talking to Prettycare their offer was a W100 and I bought the W300. I had even bought the extended warranty and had problems with getting my money back. Then they gave me way less than what I paid for the vacuum in the first place. I have never been so un-happy with my purchase, and i haven't been able to find a replacement battery yet and it is almost March already. I have spent hours dealing with Prettycare multiple messages to try to resolve this issue. Never again would I buy from this company.

I bought the W300 in August of 2022 and in November of 2022 it went out. I emailed pretty care about them sending me a replacement battery and they agreed but it was out of stock in November. I didn't think I should have to buy a replacement since I only had the vacuum for 3 months, it should last longer than that. Then, I was offered to upgrade to the new P4 model but I resisted and just want the replacement battery. Fast forward to now February, still no battery replacement and still says out of stock online. I even showed pretty care a replacement battery on Amazon when it was available and they could not refund me the money if I bought it since it wasn't from their pretty care site. Now online it says $112.00 on amazon for the replacement battery compatible with the W300 and I don't see the pretty care battery replacement offered any longer, still out of stock. I am requesting my money back at this point and discourage anyone from buying their products. I'm not sure how long the lithium batteries last in any models they offer.
