Trying to get some service going on two weeks now. Looks like Prettycare disappeared. I believed i made a bad call with this POS purchase.

Don’t waste your money…

I bought one robot vacuum R1 Max in November. After 5 months the problems has come… I tried to solve using the manual procedures, but nothing worked. I sent 4 emails to [****] and never had a response.
I marked one star because I can’t put 0…

Not recommended

Bought in November 2023, slowly features are starting to stop working. Notification of base status stopped, sometimes can’t get out/in base, will not work on my carpet s anymore (use to work perfectly on them), can’t find replacements for bags, brushes, pads etc. Customer service was good initially but now doesn’t even respond. I would not recommend

Purchased the R1 Max vacuum. The mop heads no longer deploy and when contacting customer service, they do not respond. Terrible customer service, crappy product, recommend to stay away from this brand and their products.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRETTYCARE, UNIT DIED, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Besides being nearly impossible to find dust bags, mop pads etc, the company's customer service is even worse. The unit died over a month ago, I reached out to pretty care and care should NOT be in their name. It takes them about a week to respond, and their response is some other nonsense request of "information" despite me telling them everything already, sending screenshots showing the unit immediately go from 100% charge to 0% charge when it tries to do ANYTHING. The unit cannot and will not leave the dock as it restarts and dies immediately when it tries to run as it is scheduled. If I manually take it off the dock without any command it will again completely die and go from 100% charge to 0% charge. I have reset the unit, deleted the map as they requested and now it will just continuously say "Robot suspended, stop cleaning" which it will continuously repeat until you pull the plug on the base, remove the unit from the base manually (as it will not leave the base) and it dies immediately going from 100% to 0% despite not doing anything!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
