I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Pretty Care to think twice before wasting their money.

I purchased a Pretty Care W100 vacuum, and the unit has failed THREE separate times. Each time, I was forced to go through the refund process and repurchase an entirely new unit because they do not sell replacement parts. Now I am left with THREE non-functioning vacuums and three defective batteries that last approximately ONE minute per charge. One minute. That is unacceptable by any standard.

The most frustrating part is that I am not asking for a refund — I simply want a vacuum that actually works as advertised. Instead, my repeated attempts to contact customer support have been ignored. They refuse to provide a functioning replacement unit and offer no meaningful solution.

The battery life is essentially useless, the reliability is nonexistent, and the lack of parts or real customer support makes this product disposable junk. A vacuum is supposed to be a household appliance, not a short-term experiment.

Bottom line: save your money and avoid Pretty Care products. If you are looking for something that works for only a very short period of time before failing, then this might be for you. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I regret giving this company multiple chances. Learn from my mistake.

We have had our PrettyCare vacuum for over 2 years and have used it almost every day. It is lightweight, has powerful suction, is maneuverable and very easy to use. It adjusts easily between our laminate floors and our tight napped area rugs and has enough charge to vacuum our entire 1150 sq ft apartment on a single charge. If we've had any questions the vendor has responded quickly by email and has always been very helpful. A class act. Thank you.

This is a very good vacuum machine and the service client is fast and excellent.
